Blank Bronze Certificates - You may purchase blank bronze certificates from ASID Headquarters for use in your local awards presentations and events. Certificate order forms can be downloaded here. Order forms should be completed and returned to the ASID Chapter Services department via fax. Afterwards, the certificates will be mailed and the designated person invoiced for the cost. The first three certificates requested of each fiscal year are complementary and additional certificates are sold at a cost of $5 each. Please allow at least five days for processing.
