Michael Grote

Program Manager, Architecture for Humanity 
 
Michael Grote is a graduate of the University of Houston with a BARCH (00’) and has a Masters of Building Construction/ Design-Build with a minor in Community Planning (06’) from Auburn University
 
Since June of 2006, Grote has been the Gulf Coast Program Manager for Architecture for Humanity’s Biloxi Model Home Program.  He has been a visiting instructor for Mississippi State University’s School of Architecture Biloxi Program and lectured at several other universities.  Grote has also worked for various architectural firms and construction companies in Texas, and has worked on various types of projects ranging from housing to large scale commercial projects to a new town development in Africa.
