Founder, UGI Design Builds
Sanjay Soli was born and raised in Seattle, and is clearly a Northwest Native ready to carve ideas into the landscape he grew up in. He attended the University of Washington between the years of 1992-1997, receiving a B.A. in Architectural Studies from the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning. In 1998, he entered the Master of Architecture program at U.C.L.A. in Los Angeles, California to focus on new theoretical approaches in design and to understand complexities and issues in the city surround. While there, the experimental architectural melting pot of Los Angeles influenced Sanjay's design direction, and transplanted those experiences back to the Northwest in 2001.
After arrival from Los Angeles, Sanjay permanently joined the firm of Kaplan McLaughlin Diaz (KMD) where he had interned during his college years. There, he practiced in the areas of healthcare design, participating in projects all the way from the Artic North to the southern part of the United States.
Sanjay draws from this professional experience he had during his time at KMD, and applies basic healthcare design principles in every residential project he participates in offering a specialized resource to his clients and their future needs in a home that will have longevity and value in their lives.
